In Steelbound, Prometheus is a laid-off steelworker chained to a cracked ladle in an abandoned mill by the henchmen of Progress. The Iron Foundry at Bethlehem Steel is the stage for this expression of pain and joy, anger and pride felt by those who had the courage and strength to work there.
