Ara Barlieb has been producing film and video professionally since 1972. He shot and edited news and entertainment programming for such classic shows as Real People, Speak Up America and Evening Magazine. For the past twenty-five years, he has produced almost exclusively in the non-profit sector. His videos have been televised and distributed worldwide. He has also been writing, producing and directing regional theatrical presentations since 2000 with Crowded Kitchen Players, of which he is a founding member. He serves on the Boards and Advisory panels of several regional human service organizations in the private and public sectors. Presently, he is Project Coordinator of Allentown Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps, an initiative of the Office of the Surgeon General. He teaches and studies Sen Lin Chuan Karate and self-defense in the Lehigh Valley region. And, he is an avid hiker, cyclist, and boater.

Pamela Wallace studied photography with Diane Arbus and theater at University of Denver and Cedar Crest College before becoming a video producer and forming Barlieb Wallace Productions in 1989. Her work has earned the President's Award from the National Hospice Organization, highest honors from the Allentown Human Relations Commission, and recognition from the Exchange Club, Program for Women and Families, Mauch Chunk Historical Society and many other non-profit organizations. She has also served on the Boards of regional theaters and women's support agencies.
